Saskiasoft Technologies uses CMMI Methodologies at Level 3 for all software development activities. CMMI methodology has been designed by Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie-Mellon University

PRINCE is a structured method for effective management of any size or type of project. It is the standard method for use in UK Government Departments and is widely used in Local Government and the private sector. Other Governments and multi-national companies have adopted the method.

Project Management (PRINCE 2)

Saskiasoft's Quality Management System (SQMS) involves Staff at all levels of the organization from Director to trainee. It focuses on continual development and improvement of the organization, people and methods, which drive the quality of delivered products.

An initiative is in progress to have Saskiasoft assessed for SEI CMM Level 4 compliance by mid next year.
